Art Studio (7+)

Our popular Art Studio offers a variety of themes and techniques in order to improve one’s own creativity. During this class, students will learn the building blocks of sketching and move into acrylics. Instructors will work closely with students and tailor level-specific projects for each student. They will learn to use art as a language by bringing along a better appreciation and knowledge of classical music and visual arts.

This introductory course to Print-Making will focus on lino, mono and silkscreen prints. Students will get a chance to explore the process of print-making by using professional non-toxic materials and creating one-of-a-kind pieces and works!

Young Artist Studio (3-6)

The Young Artist Studio is designed to provide a personalized and multi disciplinary experience to young artists. The idea is to ignite creativity and help develop motor skills through the use of acrylics, mixed media, sand art, sketching and much more. Students will be introduced to the world of art, art history and it’s appreciation.

This course will invite students to explore human drawing and character creation. Students of any ability will learn to develop their narrative and graphic abilities through the basics of drawing.

Life drawing Still life with Tritan Braho
 The aim of the program is to develop artistic skills how to draw and paint observing objects and figures in their life settings.
       Learning how to structure and recording the image as you see it in your format of paper or canvas.
       Learning rules of light, values which are necessary to create three dimensions and depth into your work.
       Drawing models in a cast and continue with objects and figures in charcoal to consolidate drawing skills and encourage creativity.
       Painting with monochrome and full colors. Learning how to apply paint to achieve the texture, light, and composition of your painting.
     This program require commitment throughout the year from the student to achieve success.

Learning from the Masters

 The main objective of the course “Learning from the Masters” is to learn the techniques that the great masters of the arts used and to apply that knowledge to our art work. The program is organized so that this objective can be achieved through observing, analyzing and breaking down techniques in a way that is understandable by students

and then working to recreate well-knownimg_1480

masterpieces by some of the most famous artists of all time like Da Vinci, Vermeer, Raphael and much more.

Sculpture and Mixed Media: Creativity in three dimensions 

    This course is designed to introduce students to the techniques and traditions of sculpture.
We will focus on small sculptures and figurines; through which the students will learn basics of creating 2-D textures to wire modeling three dimensional figures, creating textured surfaces, and making preparatory sketches.
The goal is to develop the skills of imagining and creating in three dimensions. 
Participants will also learn about mold making and bas-relief.
The course will include exercises to learn the materials and techniques, and will include plenty of time and support for people to make their own projects
